If you are enrolled in Medicare Part B, or a Medicare Advantage (MA) plan, Medicare covers and pays for 8 over-the-counter (OTC) COVID-19 tests each month at no cost to you. If you are not a Medicare member, or do not have Part B, please check with your health insurance provider for further information.

Yes, this is a Medicare initiative. Medicare will cover up to eight over-the-counter COVID-19 tests each calendar month, at no cost to you through the end of the COVID-19 public health emergency(PHE). If you are enrolled in  Medicare Part B or a Medicare Advantage (MA) plan, you will not  have any out of pocket costs to participate in this program and receive these COVID-19 rapid tests, even if your plan has a deductible.  We will confirm your eligibility to participate before shipping your COVID-19 tests to you. 

We are an actual lab with locations in Plano, Texas and co-located on the Baylor University campus.  We process thousands of lab tests in-house per day resulting in direct cost savings, faster results, and complete control in securing your private health information.

Once the Sign-Up form has been completed, we will perform a real-time eligibility check to confirm you are eligible. If you have difficulty filling out the sign up form, please call our Plano, Texas office Monday–Friday 9am-5pm CST at 877-355-7978 and we will assist you.  Once eligibility is confirmed, you will be enrolled into the program and will receive 8 over-the-counter (OTC) COVID-19 tests at no cost, every calendar month.

It usually takes between 3-5 business days to receive the tests.
