Will I have any out of pocket costs to receive these COVID-19 tests?

No. If you are enrolled in a health insurance plan, you will likely not have any out of pocket costs to participate in this program and receive these COVID-19 rapid tests, even if your plan has a deductible.  We will confirm your eligibility to participate before shipping your COVID-19 tests to you to ensure you won’t have any out of pocket costs for this program. 

What is MyLabsDirect?

We are an actual lab with locations in Plano, Texas and co-located on the Baylor University campus.  We process thousands of lab tests in-house per day resulting in direct cost savings, faster results, and complete control in securing your private health information.

How do I enroll?

Once the Sign-Up form has been completed, we will perform a real-time eligibility check to confirm you are eligible. If you have difficulty filling out the sign up form, please call our Plano, Texas office Monday–Friday 9am-5pm CST at 877-355-7978 and we will assist you.  Once eligibility is confirmed, you will be enrolled into the program and will receive 8 over-the-counter (OTC) COVID-19 tests at no cost, every calendar month.

How long will it take to receive my tests?

It usually takes between 3-5 business days to receive the tests.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns of COVID-19 rapid tests

Can I cancel my recurring order?

How can I use my test for travel?
If you need your results certified, you can schedule an appointment with one of our healthcare professionals who will virtually monitor you taking your test and provide you with certified results.  
Do you provide customer support?

How many tests can I order per month?

Your plan is required to provide reimbursement for 8 tests per month for each individual on the plan, regardless of whether the tests are bought all at once or at separate times throughout the month.

Do state Medicaid and CHIP programs cover at-home COVID-19 tests?

In accordance with the American Rescue Plan, State Medicaid and CHIP programs are required to cover FDA-authorized at-home COVID-19 tests.  People with Medicaid or CHIP coverage should contact their state Medicaid or CHIP agency for information regarding the specifics of coverage for at-home COVID-19 tests, as coverage rules may vary by state.

What if I’m uninsured? Can I still get free at-home over-the-counter COVID-19 tests?

People without insurance can get free at-home tests from some community health centers. HHS has established more than 10,000 free community-based pharmacy testing sites around the country.
