IMPORTANT: Your sample must be kept at room temperature until it is picked up. Check available times below before testing to ensure that the duration of time between when you collect your sample and your scheduled pick-up time does not exceed 8 hours.

Ship your sample directly to our lab using the pre-paid shipping label included with your kit.
